Introduction to Meditation
Join Kelly Husby from Still Water yoga to explore meditation for everyday calm and clarity. This four-week series (May 4, 11, 18, and June1) introduces the foundations of meditation through exploring gentle movement, breath awareness, relaxation techniques, and seated meditation. Discover essential practices that may help release tension, cultivate focus, and support a deeper sense of ease and presence in daily life.

Mid-Week Yin
Mixed Levels.
Mid-week is a great time to check-in with yourself and practice some self-care. Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where stretches are held for several minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility and mobility in your body. Yin yoga moves beyond the muscles to target fascia and connective tissue, where we tend to hold resistance. This practice encourages you to challenge your edge while also allowing for deep relaxation.
