The 6-week Yoga Reset
Whether you're new to yoga or continuuing your practice this series is for you! Each week will focus on a key aspect of yoga to help you establish a strong foundation, build strength, increase flexibility, and restore balance. The combination of alignment, core work, mobility, focus, strength, and recovery will leave you feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and fully reset.

Clear the path: Navigating the Kleshas
Kleshas are the mental afflictions or obstacles that cause suffering and prevent us from realizing our true nature. In this 6-week series we will explore the impact of the Kleshas on the body and mind and learn tools, such as awareness and self-compassion, to recognize and overcome them.

Mid-Week Yin
Mixed Levels.
Mid-week is a great time to check-in with yourself and practice some self-care. Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where stretches are held for several minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility and mobility in your body. Yin yoga moves beyond the muscles to target fascia and connective tissue, where we tend to hold resistance. This practice encourages you to challenge your edge while also allowing for deep relaxation.

Private Yoga
Private sessions are great for anyone looking to improve and enhance their yoga practice and who would feel more comfortable practicing 1:1.
Private sessions allow participants to learn at their own pace and focus on what’s most important to them. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from injuries or experiencing conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, and Sleep disorders. You will begin with a personal consultation with Linda. From there she will create a practice tailored to your individual needs and requirements, focusing on your personal goals. By personalizing your program, you will attain optimum results faster and more efficiently.
