Mid-Week Yin

Mixed Levels.

Mid-week is a great time to check-in with yourself and practice some self-care. Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where stretches are held for several minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility and mobility in your body. Yin yoga moves beyond the muscles to target fascia and connective tissue, where we tend to hold resistance. This practice encourages you to challenge your edge while also allowing for deep relaxation.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is perfect for people wanting to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. All levels and abilities are welcome!

Mindful Movement with Michelle

For those wanting a soft and slow approach to self-care. Gentle stretching and movement to create space, and ease into your day. Appropriate for all levels and abilities.

Healthy Joints

Participants will be guided through gently held postures using supportive props with the goals of subtly stretching the joints and relaxing the body and mind. Join this class to ease joint pain and improve mobility.
