Participants will be guided through gently held postures using supportive props with the goals of subtly stretching the joints and relaxing the body and mind. Join this class to ease joint pain and improve mobility. Appropriate for ALL LEVELS.

In this introduction to Yoga Nidra, led by an experienced yoga instructor, participants can expect a gentle stretch and strengthen asana, followed by a restorative meditation. Great stress reliever!

In yogic philosophy, the 5 koshas are the pathway to the deepest layers of ourselves. In this series, you will learn more about each layer and gain a deeper understanding about why connecting with yourself in these multiple facets is key to cultivating radiant health, balance and happiness.
Each class will begin with a short talk followed by a practice.
