Mindfulness has become a buzzword heard often in our daily lives. But what does it mean to practice it? What are the Benefits? And what yoga tools can be developed to enhance our personal mindfulness practice?
This series will answer these questions and more. Participants will be introduced to movement, breathwork, and meditation practices that support more peace and joy in life.

Move your body, calm your mind!
This class incorporates movement and breathwork to stretch and strengthen the whole body while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
