Join us for this opportunity to spring forward feeling refreshed and energized!
The workshop will begin with participants choosing their metaphorical seeds of intention followed by a seed planting ceremony.
We will then move through an energizing Sun Salutation asana practice and end with a renewing meditation.
Each participant will receive and decorate their own flower pot. Appropriate for ALL levels of practice.

Suitable for intermediate + levels.
NEW THURSDAY SERIES
5 weeks: March 23 - April 20
This series focuses primarily on approaches to balance postures, challenging your physical and mental balance while refining alignment that promotes balance and good posture.
The benefits of balance work are many and include: Strengthens the whole body, including the core, improves posture, builds concentration and focus, improves coordination and agility and builds confidence.
Suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga!
