Introduction to Pranayama
Breath Practices for Everyday Well-Being
Discover the power of conscious breathing in this beginner-friendly introduction to pranayama. In this 2-part workshop, you'll learn foundational breathing techniques that promote relaxation, improve focus, balance the nervous system, and support overall well-being. Each session includes guided practice, discussion, and simple techniques you can easily incorporate into your daily life.
No prior experience is necessary.

A 60-minute balanced flow that blends energizing movement with deep release. Begins with a mindful, intermediate sequence to build strength, heat, and focus, then transitions into slower, restorative postures to soften tension and calm the nervous system.
